Dining
01The Estate Kitchen
Almost everything on the table is grown, raised or smoked within sight of it — cooked simply, and served wherever the day has taken you.
01
Two walled acres of vegetables, herbs and greens, picked each morning for that day’s table.
02
Wood from the estate’s own pruning, slow fires, and the patience to wait for them.
03
Citrus, guava and stone fruit through the year — for breakfast, preserves and the dessert course.
02Where We Dine
Tell us in the morning where you would like to eat. The kitchen will meet you there.

04Your Own Table
Guests in the Garden House have a chef of their own. Any guest can ask for a private dinner — a birthday under the trees, a tasting menu in the manor, or a fireside supper for two.
